Preparing for your treatment
On the day of treatment, it is important that the area to be treated is shaved smooth and clean. Make sure to shave the area at least 24 hours before treatment. Please note: only shaving is allowed; the use of wax and epilation is discouraged.
For treatments with the Diode Ice laser it is necessary to avoid sun exposure for at least 1 week before the treatment. This guideline also applies to tanning bed visits and self-tanners.
The treatment
One of our expert laser specialists will perform the treatment. The laser specialist will carefully check the area to be treated for any abnormalities and systematically treat each treatment area with the laser. During the treatment, a cooling gel is applied to the skin. This promotes the effective conduction of the laser. The laser device is of course adjusted to your specific skin type and the progress of the treatment.
After the treatment
After laser treatment it is essential to hydrate your skin carefully and protect it with the lotion of Swiss Vitae. After treatment with it is advised to avoid extreme sun exposure for at least 1 week. The same guideline applies to the use of sunbeds and self-tanners.
